Book Musharraf for Bugti’s murder: BHC
By Malik Siraj Akbar
QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Wednesday ordered Dera Bugti district police to register a case against former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf and former prime minister Shaukat Aziz in connection with their alleged involvement in the murder of Nawab Akbar Bugti.
The directives were issued by BHC Chief Justice Fiaz Essa on a petition filed by Akbar Bugti’s son Jamil Akbar Bugti.
In his petition, Jamil appealed to the BHC to bring to justice Musharraf, Aziz, NWFP Governor Owais Ghani, former chief minister Jam Muhammad Yousaf, former interior minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and former Balochistan home minister Mir Shoaib Nosherwani for their alleged involvement in his father’s murder.
The court, however, observed that currently no FIR could be registered against the NWFP governor as he held a constitutional position.
Previously, Jamil Bugti’s plea for registration of a murder case against the killers of his father had been refused by a Sibi district court on the grounds that the murder of the Baloch leader had not occurred in the district.
Subsequently, the BHC accepted the petition and issued notices to top figures from the previous government.

I think, it is toward the justice. Musharaf was a dictator ruler during his regime. He should be executed in street of Dera Bugti. I suggest Govt to Gring him and handover to Baloch. Baloch will themselve treat him.
