A Wrong Time to Oust Raisani

The Pakistan Muslim League (PML-Quaid-e-Azam), which headed the last coalition government in Balochistan during the presidency of General Pervez Musharraf, is once again planning to seize power. The rebirth of lust for ruling the province comes in the backdrop of  fresh differences between the ruling Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-Fazal) in the center. JUI-F, which is a key coalition partner of the PPP in Balochistan, decided to pull out support to the latter in the wake of Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani’s decision to fire a JUI minister from his cabinet because of trading corruption allegations with a fellow cabinet minister.
